TAACAH recognizes that a well-trained, professional and experienced staff is critical for any professional company’s sustenance and growth. Hence TAACAH has developed a personnel development policy.

All existing certifications are kept current by renewals and / or training and re-certification of the employees as a policy matter.

Top performing employees are selected based on the annual appraisals in their respective fields of expertise. The selected employees are sent for professional training programs and certified in their respective fields if applicable.

In order to retain this skilled workforce, a professional and conducive environment is provided at work and various activities are carried out at our camps including inter-company sports programs.
